This isn’t a scam.

I don’t want seed money to transfer millions from my deceased cousin’s Namibian estate.

I’m not proposing a “Get Rich Quick Scheme” wherein you send me money and I give you the secret to making millions in the stock market, currency exchange, real estate, or any of myriad other propositions.

Nope, I’m just asking to to send me money. PayPal works - my PayPal email address is: antipaucity [at] gmail [dot] com. Checks and/or money orders work - you can mail them to Warren Myers; PO Box 1431; Mebane NC 27302. If you know where I live, or don’t like this trackable payment idea, I’m even willing to accept cash - mailed or otherwise.

That’s it, pure and simple: I’m just asking for money.

Have a wonderful day.

it’s sad to see a 17-year-old go so violently

I no longer drive a Mazda Protege. It bought the farm - as John so eloquently pointed out - Wednesday on my way to work.

So, I was in need a quick replacement.

Enter CarMax, stage left.

I went after work Thursday, they had something I wanted at a price I was willing to pay.

So now I have an 04 Ford Escape Limited.

It’ll be weird driving an automatic again, but ’tis a vewwy nizuh vehicle.
