		<description>This is definitely bigger than the &quot;large&quot; size you were wondering about but when I lived in Spain I saw paelleras (that&#039;s what the paella pans are called) that were 8 feet across.  So, basically, it can scale up to as large as you want, provided you can provide heat under it.

Oh, and paella is awesome. :-)  I used to live near Valencia in Spain and got to eat it quite regularly while I was there.  I now make it myself every now and then.</description>
